Announcing OCFC 2007 Novice Flyball Class!

The next class is scheduled to start in July.

Classes: This eight week class will teach the basics of Flyball.  Each class will last approximately one hour.  Barring rain suspensions, here is the approximate class schedule:

• Orientation - Tuesday, July 10, 6:00 PM  (NO DOGS)

• Saturday, July 14, 8:00 AM

• Saturday, July 21, 8:00 AM

• Saturday, July 28, 8:00 AM

• Saturday, August 4, 8:00 AM

• Saturday, August 11, 8:00 AM

• Saturday, August 18, 8:00 AM

• Saturday, August 25, 8:00 AM

• Saturday, September 8, 8:00 AM (Graduation)

Where: Irvine Animal Care Center, (6443 Oak Canyon, Irvine 92618) located on Oak Canyon Road, off of Sand Canyon Ave. between Interstate 5 and Irvine Center Dr.

Cost: $95 per dog.  Please reserve your spot today by calling or emailing Addy.

Class requirements: Dogs must be in good health, well socialized and non-aggressive, at least 1 year of age, and know some basic obedience commands. Handlers must be at least 18 years of age (or accompanied by an adult) and reasonably fit.

Things to bring: For the orientation session only, please leave your dog at home.  For all subsequent sessions, bring your dog, water (for you and your dog), crate or x-pen, poop bags, treats, your dog's favorite motivational toy, buckle collar, 6 foot leash, retractable (flexi) leash and a chair.
